Loving the Yorkie Breed

So glad you are interested in our Yorkie puppies. I have 3 traditional females and one male. Reese (CKC registered 8 pounds) Lexie (AKC 7 pounds) are bred with Skynyrd (CKC 3 1/2 pounds). I have three female partis, one chocolate yorkie that carries parti, one traditional that carries chocolate and parti, and one chocolate parti male. Stella, Lola, Willow, Mocha, and Gracie are bred with Lincoln. Stella (AKC weighs 6 pounds Parti), Gracie (AKC 7 pounds Parti), Willow (5 pounds AKC traditional that chocolate and parti), Lola (AKC charting 6 pounds chocolate parti), and Mocha (8 pounds APRI/United registered chocolate yorkie that carries parti).   Lincoln is a dark chocolate parti (AKC registered male 4 1/2 pounds).   The wait will be 6-12 months before I have puppies after going through the waiting list.

Stud services are also available. All puppies go home at eight-twelve weeks old per vet approval at their 6-7 weeks old vet check.  All puppies are cared for in my home, dew claws removed and tails docked, AKC, APRI, or CKC registered (depending on pair), fed high quality diets, first shots with worm check and two dewormings (if needed), and lots of other dogs and people interaction. So, the predeposit list will be a $300 to be on the list. All litters will be different prices based on size, sex, breed quality, and colors. Traditionals will be $2600-2800.  Partis will range from $2800-3000. Chocolates and Chocolate parti are $3000-4000.  Breeding will be an additional fee with prior approval. Deposits are half the cost of the puppy and due when puppy has been selected about three weeks old. I have a waiting list for all puppies with predeposit of $300, and you will be contacted in order after a litter to select your choice. Breeding rights are additional with approval. PreDeposits are nonrefundable but can transfer to another litter when it is your turn to pick. Once puppy is picked about 3-6 weeks, remainder of deposit is due based on puppy selected. I accept PayPal (friends and family or buyer pays fees), Venmo, or cash in hand. Buyer must answer all of the questions and agree to contract terms.  Remember quality is worth the wait.
